Made-to-Order Products

All prints sold by The Little Doodle Society are made to order specifically for each customer. Production begins shortly after an order is placed.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or customer preference.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Once your exchange request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the replacement process.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure all order details, including amount, design selection, shipping address, and contact information, are correct before completing your purchase. The Little Doodle Society cannot be held responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on production schedules, shipping carriers, and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers once an order has been dispatched.
