Welcome to The Little Doodle Society. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us

The Little Doodle Society creates and sells original artwork and made-to-order prints. By using our website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products, pricing, and descriptions at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to accurately display our artwork and products. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and printing processes.

3. Made-to-Order Products

All prints are produced specifically for each customer once an order is placed. As our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or customer preference.

Exchanges or replacements may be offered where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order and provide photographic evidence of the issue.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and produced.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated production timeframe displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Little Doodle Society is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, logos, photographs, content, and materials created by The Little Doodle Society remain the intellectual property of The Little Doodle Society.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, resell, or use any artwork or content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Little Doodle Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under applicable Australian Consumer Law.

9. Australian Consumer Law

These Terms operate subject to the guarantees and protections available under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
